This application provides a straightforward method to share your UTM coordinates securely and efficiently. Users can easily access and share their UTM coordinates by directly reading the position values on their mobile device screen. Additionally, they have the option to transmit their location via email or iMessage, accompanied by a map link for reference.

Unlike some alternative solutions that may convert coordinates to nearby street addresses, this app consistently generates a map link showing precise locations with optimal accuracy. This feature ensures reliable positioning, particularly in scenarios where pinpoint accuracy is essential.

The app offers the flexibility to handle UTM zones automatically or allows users to input them manually as a one-time configuration. Manual input might be necessary in regions where non-standard UTM zones are utilized to prevent zone boundaries from intersecting countries or map sheets.

WGS84 is the supported datum for this application. It is essential to verify compatibility with the maps used in your specific region. While datums such as NAD83 in the US and ETRS89 in Europe are closely aligned with WGS84, older datums like NAD27 in the US and ED50 in Europe could lead to inaccuracies and should be avoided.

It is important to note that this application is not suitable for use in polar regions due to lack of support for "UPS."
